Rebecca Heslep, Director of HR

Rebecca Heslep has spent her entire career with InnoSource, joining in 2004 after completing her bachelors and masters degrees at West Virginia University. She leads a team of HR professionals who manage all hiring, onboarding, and training for internal InnoSource associates as well as InnoSource’s external job boards. Rebecca believes in the power of InnoSource’s culture, and brings her passion for helping people succeed to each and every associate she finds and hires into the InnoSource team.

Rebecca holds a bachelor of science in organizational leadership and a master of science in industrial relations, both from WVU.
