Stephen Smith, CFO

Steve Smith joined InnoSource in 2008, after serving six years in the U.S. Air Force — leaving with the rank of captain — and spending five years at the Battelle Memorial Institute managing contracting work with the Department of Defense. Steve and his team support back-end HR functions for a range of clients, handling payroll, accounting, benefit administration and financial and data analysis. Steve’s team helps InnoSource customize its offerings for each client, developing unique solutions that suit a client’s individual needs.

Steve holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a major in economics from the University of Miami and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
