Our proprietary process has been fine-tuned over more than two decades to support both companies and new hires. It starts with the passion we bring to our clients, and a deep-dive needs assessment that allows us to understand a company’s needs, culture and goals. Then, we begin searching for the right candidates for each open role. Many of our hires come from associate referrals, but we also scour the internet, visit job fairs and college campuses, and place targeted advertisements to reach people with the experience needed to get the job done.
It doesn’t stop with a large applicant pool. Our recruiters prescreen and conduct in-person interviews and skills tests to evaluate each candidate. Our goal is to match each candidate with the right job for them, setting the foundation for a long-term, successful working relationship between employer and company. The candidates we recommend for interviews at our partner companies are the ones who are not only the best qualified — they are the best culture fits, too.
And our work doesn’t end when a hire is made. We help both companies and new employees through the onboarding and early stages of employment. Our goal, always, is a successful working relationship, for our clients and for the people we hire on their behalf.
