Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Order Management, you’ll be at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers—ranging from leading retailers to service centers—receive top-tier service.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a Customer Champion: Respond to inquiries with knowledge and care, helping customers find the right solutions.
  • Drive Success: Handle order processing and data entry with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Keep Things Moving: Assist with forecasting and replenishment, making sure our supply chain runs smoothly.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: Provide updates on shipment locations and keep our customers informed.
  • Lead by Example: Train new team members, sharing your expertise to help them succeed.
  • Ensure Excellence: Work efficiently to prevent delays and maintain our high standards.
Requirements

Education and Experience – Hybrid Customer Service Representative

Your Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven customer service experience, ideally in a call center or similar environment.
