InnoSource is seeking applicants to join as a Manufacturing Lab Technician at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Fayetteville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and prepare rubber and tire component samples for testing
  • Building of certain components for specialized testing
  • Communicate atypical results to managers, engineers, and analysts
  • Complete and maintain quality documents
  • Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices
  • Assist in the training of new associates
Requirements

Education and Experience – Manufacturing Lab Technician

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent, required
  • Previous manufacturing experience, required
  • Quality experience, preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a steady work history
  • Must be detail-oriented
Benefits & Pay
  • Open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, required
  • Will train on days from 7 AM – 3 PM for the first couple weeks
  • 12-hour shifts once training is complete, either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM
  • $17/ hour to start, and once certified in the position, pay bumps up to $20/hour
  • Eligibility for offered healthcare, 50% dental reimbursement program, and a free $25,000 life insurance policy
    • Eligibility for our 401k retirement plan after one (1) year of employment
    • Eligibility for PTO and paid holidays
