Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Take the Lead: Interpret and implement product, process, and material specifications to ensure we meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Drive Innovation: Oversee the launch of new products during your shift, gathering and analyzing data on components, tire builds, curing, and final finishes.
  • Be the Solution: Analyze data, troubleshoot challenges, and develop process improvements that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate & Create: Work closely with our engineering team on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the industrialization of new technologies.
Requirements

Education and Experience – Engineering Technician

Your Background:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, but an Associate’s degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field will give you an edge.
  • Experience: You bring at least five years of production or manufacturing experience to the table, making you a seasoned professional ready to take on new challenges.
