Key Responsibilities

•Optimization of the extrusion process to deliver quality in the manufacturing of tires.

•Assist in identifying poor performance through analysis and technical expertise on products and processes. Perform activities using continuous improvement tools, analyze product performance, and recommend and implement solutions.

•Perform activities that involve issuing reports, conducting product quality audits, responding to internal customer concerns.

•Support train and instruct the relevant team members and operators.

Requirements

Education and Experience – Extrusion Quality

High School Diploma; Technical Training in a mechanical field or equivalent training or experience.

A rotating 2-2-3 schedule
