Key Responsibilities
- The Operations Manager must have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable’s systems which is critical to develop solid processes and controls.
- Monitors of integration of systems and their reporting
- Interacts regularly with executive management and provides recommendations for new technologies
- Responsible for internal control processes and procedures and analytical information including Accounts Payable metrics.
- • Other responsibilities include management of multiple projects.
- Promotion of workforce diversity and compliance with company policies.
- Resolution of issues escalated to management using knowledge of processes and/or systems.
- Responsible for coordination of bank structure to support Accounts Payable processes.
- Working closely with the Treasury function and external banks establishing our business banking processes, controls and the relationships necessary to support this segment of operations.
Requirements
Education and Experience – Finance Operations Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related field, required
- A minimum of five (5) years of successful finance leadership experience including extensive exposure to accounts payable, ideally in a large and global company
- Advanced working knowledge with Word, Excel, Power Point
- Experience with SAP highly desired
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls
Benefits & Pay
- Full-time, 40 hours a week
- 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Hybrid schedule with two (2) on-site days and three (3) work-from-home days
- $42 to $62 an hour pay range, up to hiring manager’s discretion
- Temporary assignment that is estimated to last approximately six (6) months
