Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

After completing our comprehensive on-site paid training program, you’ll:

  • Provide exceptional service by answering inbound calls from existing customers.
  • Address service-related questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, process payments, and offer payment solutions.
  • Document customer accounts with care and accuracy.
  • Handle outage and emergency calls following company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve customer issues independently.
