We are hiring for 1st shift 

Key Responsibilities

If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support. 

Requirements

Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative – NW Arkansas

  • High School Diploma / GED equivalent
  • Prior remote customer service experience preferred but not required

  • $13/hr
