Office Administrator

Please note that this position is NOT remote, you will work onsite.
You will be the first experience visitors have at the office. Creating a welcoming environment for visitors, employees and clients. This role will involve data entry and administrative support. Common tasks include:
- Answering phones
- Maintaining office organization
- Managing outlook calendars for conference rooms
- Order, receive and stock office supplies
- Act as administrator for the security system (checking guests in and out, etc.)
- Projects that come up
Education and Experience – Office Administrator
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5-10 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully managing internal business relationships is ideal but other customer service or administrative experience is accepted
- Great Work/Life Balance: Monday through Thursday, first shift hours (7:30am-4:30pm)
