Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with customers across the U.S

  • Assist customers with a variety of complex inquiries, including financial and general insurance-related questions.

  • Guide customers in making informed decisions to meet their financial needs.

  • Contribute to team success by participating in daily team meetings and fostering a spirit of cooperation.

Requirements

Education and Experience – Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree is required.

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred (e.g., retail, restaurant, banking, data entry).

  • No prior licensing or insurance experience needed.

  • Strong desire to build a long-term career.

Benefits & Pay
  • Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance.

  • Career Growth: Opportunity for pay increases within the first year.

  • Paid Training: Four weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

  • Work Schedule: Full-time, set schedule within Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • Work Environment: Hybrid remote role based in Columbus, OH.
