Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with customers across the U.S

Assist customers with a variety of complex inquiries, including financial and general insurance-related questions.

Guide customers in making informed decisions to meet their financial needs.

Contribute to team success by participating in daily team meetings and fostering a spirit of cooperation.
Education and Experience – Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree is required.

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

1-2 years of customer service experience preferred (e.g., retail, restaurant, banking, data entry).

No prior licensing or insurance experience needed.

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
