Training Coordinator

We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to lead engaging onboarding and customer service training for new team members across our Client’s Customer Solutions Centers.
This is a 6–12-month contract role with strong potential for long-term employment. You’ll travel to multiple locations, play a key role in launching a high-impact training program, and serve as a trusted guide for new associates as they start their journey.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-energy, instructor-led and blended training to groups of up to 25 new associates
- Travel to assigned Customer Solutions Centers to provide on-site training (paid travel!)
- Serve as the main training contact during new hire onboarding at each location
- Monitor trainee performance and engagement, offering support and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with the Training Manager and peers to align content and delivery
- Capture and maintain accurate training records and feedback for continuous improvement
- Represent both InnoSource and our Client with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
Requirements
Education and Experience – Training Coordinator
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering training or leading onboarding in a professional environment
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight to multiple sites (travel fully reimbursed)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging and energizing classroom-style audiences
- A team-first attitude with flexibility to adapt as programs evolve
Preferred but not required:
- Background in customer service, contact centers, or staffing environments
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and LMS/training systems
