In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales process: initiating conversations, identifying opportunities, and setting the stage for success. If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to make an impact, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in building our pipeline. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading proactive outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Crafting personalized messages and thoughtful follow-ups to engage prospects
  • Researching accounts to identify key decision-makers and uncover business needs
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Logging all interactions and insights in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Scheduling discovery calls for Sales Account Executives
  • Meeting (and aiming to exceed!) weekly activity and qualification goals
  • Bringing fresh ideas to team strategy sessions to continuously improve our approach
Requirements

Education and Experience – Inside Sales Representative

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
  • High energy, self-starter with a passion for connecting with new people
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and persist with a positive attitude
  • Experience working in a B2B or staffing/recruitment environment – preferred
  • Familiarity with sales email sequencing tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) – preferred
