Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in building our pipeline. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading proactive outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Crafting personalized messages and thoughtful follow-ups to engage prospects
- Researching accounts to identify key decision-makers and uncover business needs
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Logging all interactions and insights in our CRM system
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Scheduling discovery calls for Sales Account Executives
- Meeting (and aiming to exceed!) weekly activity and qualification goals
- Bringing fresh ideas to team strategy sessions to continuously improve our approach
Requirements
Education and Experience – Inside Sales Representative
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
- High energy, self-starter with a passion for connecting with new people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persist with a positive attitude
- Experience working in a B2B or staffing/recruitment environment – preferred
- Familiarity with sales email sequencing tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) – preferred
