Key Responsibilities
What your day will look like
- Cook and prepare a variety of foods including sandwiches, hot entrees, and side dishes
- Assist with daily food service operations—serving, cleaning, stocking supplies
- Set up catering events on campus (cart transport, no driving required)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting supplies
Requirements
Education and Experience – Cafeteria/Catering Cook
What we’re looking for
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cafeteria, catering, or cook roles (line cook/sous chef background preferred)
- ServSafe Certification preferred (certification can be provided)
- Strong time management and communication skills
