We’re searching for a high-performance sales hunter to drive new business growth. You’ll own the entire sales process — from prospecting to closing — selling recruiting services and AI-powered solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
This is a quota-crushing, uncapped commission role for someone who loves the chase and thrives on closing deals!
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt for new business in targeted industries
- Build a strong pipeline from cold prospecting to close
- Lead impactful sales presentations & demos
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions
- Own your number — exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business
Education and Experience – Senior Sales Executive
What You Bring:
- 5-10+ years of B2B sales success
- Proven quota-crusher with new business development wins
- Strong closing skills and competitive mindset
- Motivated, self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required if you’ve got the chops)
Compensation & Rewards:
- $100K – $125K Base Salary (Based on Experience)
