Endpoint Support Specialist
Focus: Microsoft Intune & VMware Workspace ONE

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role is responsible for managing and supporting mobile and desktop devices using Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint management, scripting, and IT security compliance.
Device and Application Management
- Configure, deploy, and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Package and deploy applications and updates using Intune and Workspace ONE.
- Manage the full device lifecycle: onboarding, compliance, and retirement.
Security and Compliance
- Implement and enforce device compliance policies and conditional access.
- Ensure endpoint security through encryption, antivirus, and OS compliance.
- Integrate with Apple DEP, Samsung Knox, and Google Zero-Touch for provisioning.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Monitor device health and performance using dashboards and reports.
- Troubleshoot MDM, enrollment, app deployment, and compliance issues.
- Generate reports for audits and operational KPIs.
Automation and Scripting
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks.
- Use scripting and automation tools to streamline deployments and integrations.
Collaboration and Support
- Work with IT teams including Security, Service Desk, and HR to align endpoint strategies.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for device setup and application issues.
- Document standard operating procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Education and Experience – Endpoint Support Specialist
- 4–6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell required; Bash/Shell a plus)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Google Play EMM, and Knox Mobile Enrollment
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus
Preferred certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator
- VMware Certified Professional – Digital Workspace (VCP-DW)
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical certifications or relevant coursework preferred
- Starting pay: $22/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
