What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Connecting with Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through application processes for various assistance programs.
- Managing Applications: Help customers complete their applications over the phone, review income documentation, and ensure accurate processing to determine eligibility.
- Organizing Information: Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using our systems.
- Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet program goals and deliver outstanding service.
