Spanish Bilingual Care Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and providers, helping them navigate therapy access and support services by:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and faxes with professionalism and empathy
• Accurately enter patient data into proprietary systems
• Resolve patient and provider inquiries with one-call resolution
• Create and manage referrals and applications
• Report Adverse Events within required timeframes
• Follow up with patients to confirm details and provide updates
• Educate callers on processes and provide effective solutions
• Maintain high productivity while managing multiple tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English
