Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Manage pharmacist scheduling and ensure efficient workflows.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and maintain high standards.
- Hold staff accountable and provide coaching to frontline teams.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with nursing partners.
- Assist with drug diversion investigations and regulatory monitoring.
Key Details
- Coverage Dates: ASAP until permanent hire (4–8+ weeks).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- No weekends or on-call required.
- Training: Shadow other leaders and complete site orientation.
- Order Entry System: Epic (experience preferred).
- Automation: Omnicell (training provided).
- Staff Size: 15 pharmacist FTEs, 16 technician FTEs.
- Dress Code: Business casual.
