Administrative Assistant
Description
Our Fortune 500 client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their business center.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am -3pm
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the office including:
- Input requisitions into SRM and get Purchase Orders from Purchasing, Understand the different Budgets, WBS elements, and Networks
- Write C/N’s on a given budget and close PO’s. on a given budget.
- Assist engineers with FCO status reports. Secure F411’s for on site visitors within the plant.
- Assist accountant verifying gate logs & time sheets.
- Update metrics database on shipment of materials.
- Locate and store materials received onsite.
- Record and log all invoices and PO’s on budgets.
- Participate in team meetings and provide accurate information on shipments and cost.
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers and contractors.
- Maintain office supplies for project team.
- Collect daily safety assessments from contractor for records.
Requirements
Education and Experience – Administrative Assistant
- High school diploma equivalent
- 1-3 years prior administrative experience preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office platforms; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in Outlook preferred
- Prior experience working with in an office
