Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients across SNU, Acute Care, Outpatient, and Home Health settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and swallowing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Document accurately using multiple EMRs (Net Health, Agile, Brightree)—training provided.
- Provide MBSS expertise when applicable.
