Your Role as a Customer Service Representative
As the voice of FirstEnergy, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. After completing our paid training, you will:
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to service-related questions.
- Resolve Billing Questions: Assist with payment options, billing concerns, and account maintenance.
- Assist During Emergencies: Process outage and emergency calls with professionalism and care.
- Build Customer Trust: Document account notes and use your independent judgment to resolve concerns calmly and courteously.
Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative with FirstEnergy
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Previous call center experience preferred, other customer service experience required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
