*Must reside in the state of West Virginia*
- We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
- Permanent Schedules:
- 1st Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 3:00 AM CST – 7:00 PM CST.
- 2nd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 11:00 AM CST – 3:00 AM CST.
- 3rd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 7:00 PM CST – 11:00 AM CST.
- Training Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.
- Must be available to work weekends
Key Responsibilities
If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.
Requirements
Skills and Knowledge – Customer Service Representative
You MUST have your own equipment. Listed below are our requirements.
- A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer ( > or = 12.00GB RAM & > 4000 CPU).
- A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).
- An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop.
- A Webcam.
- A Headset with a Microphone.
- A Computer Mouse.
Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent
