Our growing Dublin, Ohio office is looking for a dynamic, full-time Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at InnoSource.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, no two days are the same. You’ll manage a blended portfolio of internal InnoSource hiring needs and client openings, making a tangible impact by:

  • Partnering with Stakeholders: Building deep relationships with InnoSource hiring managers and leadership, as well as client hiring managers and executives, to understand team structure, culture, and the specific qualifications needed for current openings.
  • Sourcing Skilled Professionals: Proactively identifying and engaging experienced candidates – including passive talent – across functions such as finance, operations, HR, Sales, and management, for both internal roles and external client roles across Ohio and nationwide.
  • Driving the Full Talent Acquisition Lifecycle: Conducting in-depth resume review, competency-based interviews, and reference checks for professional-level candidates, while managing multiple internal and client searches simultaneously.
  • Balancing Priorities: Moving fluidly between supporting InnoSource’s own growth and meeting the expectations of client engagements, adjusting approach and pace depending on the hiring context.
  • Delivering Results: Thriving in a deadline-driven environment to close searches for hard-to-fill, specialized, or leadership positions, whether internal or client-facing.
Requirements

Education and Experience – Senior Corporate Recruiter

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of placing mid-level, senior, or management-level professionals. Experience recruiting for corporate functions (e.g., finance, operations, HR, and Sales) strongly preferred. Experience supporting both internal/direct-hire and agency or client-based recruiting is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; the ability to consult credibly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across different organizations; strong sourcing strategies for passive, experienced talent; and the flexibility to manage competing priorities across internal and client searches.
