InnoSource is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a Level 1 Maintenance Technician position at a major manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent pay, weekly compensation, and room for advancement.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, industrial environment where your ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain essential systems will play a key role in daily plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility systems, including mechanical, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Troubleshoot and repair fatigued metal, piping systems, motors, and production equipment
- Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and welding equipment as needed
- Read and interpret mechanical schematics, technical manuals, and work orders
- Document all maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize work and improve equipment reliability
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and strictly follow OSHA safety regulations
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
- Assist with emergency repairs and support continuous operation of the plant
Requirements
Skills and Knowledge – Level 1 Maintenance Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and basic welding (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-production environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently and perform physical tasks in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
Education and Experience – Level 1 Maintenance Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Welding or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required
- Some computer skills and experience with maintenance software or CMMS systems are helpful
Benefits & Pay
- Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
- $20 / hour starting pay rate | Weekly Pay
