Focusing Forward at Our Fall Company Meeting

Last week, InnoSource team members gathered in Columbus for our Fall Company Meeting. A day dedicated to collaboration, goal setting, sharing results, and setting our sights on the future.

This year’s theme, “FOCUS FORWARD: Building a Future-Ready Team,” centered around one powerful belief: What you focus on grows. Together, we explored how focus on innovation and adaptability continues to shape our future – especially through the integration of AI across our business.

We reflected on how our AI-powered recruiting and knowledge base tools have transformed the way we serve clients and candidates in 2025. From smarter sourcing to faster results, AI has become a driving force in helping our teams deliver better talent experiences. Looking ahead to 2026, we’re doubling down on these advancements to stay ahead of the curve and continue leading with a people-first, technology-driven approach.

The meeting also featured updates from across the organization; highlighting division progress, client success stories, and key achievements. We celebrated outstanding individuals through our Performance Excellence Awards, recognized milestone anniversaries (including an incredible 30-year anniversary!), and reinforced the importance of maintaining a growth mindset as we move forward together.

As we close out the year, our focus remains clear: building a future-ready InnoSource by empowering our people, embracing technology, and staying true to our core values.
