📋 Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will prospect and develop new business opportunities through targeted cold calling and outreach, manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships with a focus on long-term retention, negotiate contracts and pricing to deliver value for both clients and the business, collaborate cross-functionally with operations and support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, and maintain accurate pipeline reporting and account activity using Microsoft Office Suite and internal tools.
