InnoSource is looking for a Recruiting Support Intern to work in our Akron office! This paid internship is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience with a professional staffing company.

Curious about what you will be doing every day…?
You will work in a professional, busy office environment, supporting our Recruiters and Account Managers with sourcing the best talent for our job openings. You will spend time reviewing resumes, talking with applicants over the phone, and scheduling interviews.
Additionally, in this role you will process, track, and provide updates on the progress of new hire background checks. This will include Education Verifications, Work History Verifications, and Drug Screening results. You will work in multiple systems to ensure reports are entered and processed in a timely manner.

Education and Experience – Recruiting Support Intern
We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications:
