Inside Sales Representative

Description

Assists with supporting the Field Sales Organization by working to penetrate smaller accounts, G3X dealers, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Communication with tire dealers

Maintain an updated contact list of dealers

Enter call reports

Process requests for price supports/acquisition issues

Resolution of customer issues

Building resources to satisfy customer concerns

Monitor the dealer compliance with standards, rules and regulations

Provide remote administrative support to the field sales associates

Setting up new dealer accounts

Billing corrections, providing pricing support

Assisting assigned dealers as their inside sales rep

Additional duties as assigned or needed

Requirements

Education and Experience – Inside Sales Representative

· Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years related experience

· Or High School diploma with 3-4 years’ experience in the related experience

· Sales and/or Soft Sales background
