As an Order Management Specialist, you will work directly with our business customers (including well-known retailers, service centers, and more!) and play a key role in both our company and our customers’ success.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries regarding products
- Order / data entry
- Assisting with the forecasting and replenishment of supply
- Providing information on shipment locations
- Training new associates (upon experience)
- Ensuring orders are entered in a timely fashion to avoid shipping delays
Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma required
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Monday through Friday
- Primary shift is 9 AM to 6 PM
- Required to work 1 week of 11 AM to 7 PM per month on a rotational basis
