1st Shift:
- Permanent Schedule: Work 8 hour shifts between 4:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST
- Training Monday-Friday 9:00AM EST-5:30PM EST for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.

- Permanent Schedule: Work 8 hour shifts between 3:00 AM CST – 7:00 PM CST.
- Training Monday-Friday 8:00AM CST -4:30PM CST for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.
- Must be available to work weekends
If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.
Must reside in one the following states: Georgia, West Virgina, Kentucky, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma & Arkansas.
Skills and Knowledge – 1st shift Customer Service Representative
Technology:
• A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer (Intel i5/Ryzen 5 processor or greater with 12GB of RAM or more).
• A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).
• An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop.
• A Webcam.
• A Headset with a Microphone.
• A Computer Mouse.
Education and Experience – 1st shift Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent
- $13/hr
